  • Kevin Hare is forming a group of 3-5 this Saturday to work at two mission sites: Mission La Paz and Mission Amor. These are both mission sites associated with Unidad, and these missions are at 10am and 4:30pm. We show up early to set up/prepare-serve the food – then play with the kids and tear down. Between missions I would like to clean up the sites a bit and grab some tacos of course.

There are 3 things that need to be done at each mission site:

    1.       Cleanup – deep clean of each mission site (trash, rake/shovel to make the sites look nice)

    2.       Food Ministry – we will be cooking pancakes at each site for 100-150, along with drinks and oranges (and maybe hot dogs or sausage)

    3.       Kids Ministry – play with the kids before and after  (soccer for the boys, tbd for the girls – each site will have 40-80 kids)

Undid has 6-8 people at each mission site, and Family of God has 4-5 people. We could use some extra help because we want to do a hot meal (more time to cook, serve, cleanup) and then try to do something special for the kids. We will supply all the food, we just need some extra help.

Dan Tibuni and his son Esau have expressed some interest here. Even if only Dan and Esau helped that would be fine.
