Note: Mexican law requires that you have Mexican insurance for your vehicle. You can either obtain ahead of time on-line or through your personal auto insurance agent, or purchase on the way down to Mexico before crossing the border. Make sure you have proper docs to re-enter the USA - Certified birth certificates for children and Passports (or passport cards) for adults.

WEDNESDAY (9/8/10):
- 7:30 pm-Pre Trip Organizational meeting at a location to be announced the week of the trip, to preview and sign-up for service projects. We will cover all details and answer all questions. T-shirts will be distributed. Meet your project leader and others. Lead by Steven and Stacey Myers.
THURSDAY (9/9/10):
- 4:00 pm - Organizational team departs Phoenix for Rocky Point.
FRIDAY (9/10/10): Arrive in Rocky Point, at The Sonoran Spa Room 708E before 4:00 pm, to be ready for our first activity at 4:30 pm. The Sonoran Spa is our main gathering place for all meals and meetings.
- 10:30 am - Project Leader Meeting at the WM Villa Granada for the team who is present in Rocky Point. Lead by Steven and Stacey Myers.
- 5:00 pm - Opening Trip Prayer & Trash/Grocery Ministry. Meet at the Sonoran Spa #708E to caravan out to the Colonia neighborhood to interact with the locals and to hand out trash bags and flyers. Lead by Stacey Myers.
- 7:30 pm - Dinner served at the Sonoran Spa #708E.
- 7:45 pm - Introductions.
- 8:00 pm - History of Weekend Missions and the foundation, Mark Lastovica.
- 8:15 pm - Organizational Meeting - for all Mission Projects, follow-up from Pre-Trip meeting. Lead by Mark Lastovica, and Steven and Stacey Myers.
- 8:45 pm - Message; "What it means to have a Servants Heart."
- 9:00 pm - Free time, go to bed by 10:00 pm. Big day on Saturday!
SATURDAY (9/11/10):
- 7:00 am - 7:30 am - Breakfast is served at the Sonoran Spa #708E.
- 7:30 am - Message & Group Prayer-In order to go out into the community as a "body", we ask that everyone be present to listen to the message. The theme will continue throughout the day.
- 12:30 pm-1:00 pm - Lunch time.
- 3:00 pm - Service Work quitting time, Free time.
- 5:30 pm - Outdoor worship service at a FOG mission site.
- 7:00 pm - Dinner served at the Sonoran Spa #708E.
- 8:00 pm - Group sharing time, always a very memorable time at Sonoran Spa #708E.
- 9:00 pm - Closing Prayer.
SUNDAY (9/12/10)
- 7:30 am - Breakfast served at the Sonoran Spa #708E.
- 8:30 am - Depart Sonoran Spa for church services at Family Of God Church.
- 9:00 am - FOG church service.
- 10:30 am - Church Services at "Unidad" or the Barrio Church of your choice.
- Noon - Free to go or feel free to stay for the day, a week, a month, forever! The WM Villa Granada needs your care!
- Optional: Stop and visit the children at the orphanage in Sonyota. They need your attention and time. Plan on 1 hour. Or stay longer and paint a room! Lead by Vincent Abramo.
SUNDAY (9/19/10)
- Post Trip Meeting: 6:00 pm at 15811 S. 15th Place Phoenix, AZ 85048.
- This is an opportunity to voice areas that could use improvement and to stress what is being done "right."
- If you are interested in becoming more involved, this is a meeting to attend.
