Weekend Missions, Inc. (An Arizona Non-Profit Corporation) has filed for recognition as a tax exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) or the Internal Revenue Code. It is our intention that all donations are considered charitable contributions.
Donors should consult a tax professional to determine actual deductibility of donations, since there are other factors that can potentially affect deductibility.
Weekend Missions, Inc. (An Arizona Non-Profit Corporation) will have a Board of Directors and Officers dedicated to honesty and accountability in finances. To further this goal, as the organization grows, the Board will take appropriate actions to assure that donors receive a proper accounting of funds which are received, and a complete and thorough accounting of how these funds are spent.
As part of our ongoing commitment to financial integrity, Weekend Missions, Inc. (An Arizona Non-Profit Corporation) will issue appropriate and proper receipts which may be used where required for income tax purposes.
If any volunteer or donor has questions about financial matters, including accountability, the Board of Directors and Officers of the organization will be happy to accomodate reasonable requests for information in this area.
