The WM Staff is the heartbeat and lifeblood of Weekend Missions. It takes a variety of talented people to fulfill the purpose. With so many projects available, there is an area of need where every volunteer can serve.
There are 4 types of Staff Level Positions, in heirarchy order:
DB*-Director: This person is responsible for a specific ministry and carrys out the vision of that ministry. This person performs tasks to expectations of management.
DV-Volunteer Director: This person is responsible for a specific ministry and carrys out the vision of that ministry. This person has much latitude on what the vision of the ministry will be.
SB*-Staff: This person performs tasks to expectations of Directors.
SV-Staff Volunteer: This person wants to help, and is willing to be supervised by a Director(s).
*B: could be one, or a combination of, the following; payroll, stipend(s), lodging, food, clothing, etc.
Staff Positions are great places to start serving. Both believers and non-believers are welcome in these spots.
Director Positions are reserved for believers in Christ who are living an example of a Godly lifestyle because they are in positions of leadership that often involve teaching others truth in some capacity. A Director has a home church, a pastor they meet with regularly, and are involved in church activities during the week.

Each ministry has a minimum staff level assigned to it:
