Release Form

All trips through Weekend Missions require a signed and returned release agreement form. For your convenience, we've provided both an English and a Spanish version down below.

Packing List

Though you can't necessarily prepare for the life-changing experience a mission trip provides, that doesn't mean you can't be prepared in other ways! Our team has compiled a comprehensive packing list of items that we've found to be helpful. So be sure to take a look and plan accordingly!

You can either obtain this ahead of time online, through your personal agent, or on the way down to Mexico before crossing the border. We suggest you carry the proper documentation to re-enter the USA: Certified Birth Certificates for children and Passports (or passport cards) for adults.
